1. Services & Refunds At Kits Point Media, we value our relationship with our clients. Because our work involves significant dedicated time and intellectual property, our refund policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your package for a full refund up to 48 hours before our first scheduled session or strategy delivery.
  • Active Services: Once coaching sessions have commenced or strategy documents have been delivered, fees are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling: We understand that business schedules change. Sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours' notice without penalty.


2. Results Disclaimer  Our goal is to help you grow your local presence and improve your marketing strategy. However, specific results (including revenue, follower growth, or engagement rates) vary based on market conditions and execution. Kits Point Media provides strategy and guidance but does not guarantee specific financial outcomes.


3. Privacy & Data Protection We take your privacy seriously.

  • Data Collection: We collect basic information (name, email, billing details) solely to provide our services, communicate with you, and process payments.
  • Security: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.
  • Sharing: We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
